  • How Do I Obtain A Quote For My Property?

    Every property is different, so we do in person quotes. You would fill out our template under the “Contact Us” section and we will schedule a time to complete the quote. You may also schedule a time by giving us a call. Once the property has been observed, we will email you a final estimate.

  • How Do I Pay For Services?

    Rich Cutz Lawn Maintenance operates with a “card on file” system. Before services are rendered, you will receive a link to your email address. Simply click the link, enter valid credit/debit card information and submit. Once services are complete, the card on file will be charged.

  • What Services Do You Offer?

    Our most popular service is weekly lawn maintenance but we offer several additional services. Please review our “Services” page to learn more.

  • How Are Regular Services Scheduled?

    Based on your location, we will schedule and allocate a service day. Your cuts will be scheduled on the same day of the week for the entire season. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated with the client immediately.

  • What Area Of The City Do You Service?

    RCLM provides services mainly in Raytown, Lee’s Summit and Kansas City. But to be sure, we will always ask for the property address to ensure we cover the area.

  • Do You Bag Grass Clippings?

    We do not bag clippings, instead we practice “Grass-cycling”, which provides your grass with a natural “nutrient boost.” As the clippings will break down and be absorbed by the soil. This not only improves the health of your lawn, but is also better for the environment!
